Torn waistbands can be mended or replaced altogether and Splendid Stitches offers a range of repair options for waistbands. From more structured repairs to replacement with bias or elastic, we assess the best solution according to the style of wasitband, nature of the damage and final desired fit.

When functionality is the prime concern, a decorative patch, or matching patch is a great repair solution. If the hole or rip is in an inconspicuous place a patch offers future proofing and strengthening.

Our button repairs go far beyond just sewing a button back on, and includes buttonholes, loops and backing buttons. We can also strengthen the fabric the button is attached to, ensuring your clothes work even harder for longer.
